3. Returns on Investment

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made through the official CYPX (IO) platform.
• Withdrawals are processed within 12–24 hours after request, subject to verification.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses or banking details submitted.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available after 6 months from your initial investment date.
• To qualify, you must not have withdrawn more than 50% of your total investment returns during the 6-month period.
• Submit your refund request via your account dashboard or contact support in writing.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
